Technical Training
High-quality products require better training in the use and daily maintenance. To this end, Etong provides users with systematic safe operation training, including theoretical knowledge, vehicle driving and practical operation training, in terms of pre-sale, use process and post-sale service.
Products may not be returned to Seller for any reason after delivery to Buyer without written approval of Seller.
Seller's liability with respect to the products sold hereunder shall be limited to the warranty provided in Section 7 hereof, and shall be limited to replacement of the defective part subject to the warranty. Buyer shall be responsible for paying the transportation costs for the replacement parts.
Etong commitment in the customer's normal use and maintenance of the company's products under the circumstances, within a year products appear any parts material and assembly art defects, can be in accordance with the provisions of the application for warranty, our company will provide free on-site service for customers, and in the shortest time for customers to troubleshoot.
When the customer requests the service, the customer shall provide the certificate of the purchase date of the product or the warranty card.
